By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 May 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for EGG BHURJI 8 Eggs 2 tablespoons Oil 2 medium Onions ,chopped 3-4 Green chillies ,chopped 2 medium Tomatoes ,chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons coriander leaves ,chopped for garnish coriander sprig to serve Toasted pav Method Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk for a few seconds. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and green chillies and sauté for 2 minutes or till the onions turn translucent. Add tomatoes, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs mixture and continue to mix and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add coriander leaves, mix and take the pan off the heat. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig.
