By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Desi Anda Fry 4 Eggs hard boiled and peeled 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespo as required Butter 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to serve Pavs Method Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and sauté till fragrant. Add onion, tomato and salt, mix well and cook till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Add chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix. Cut the eggs into wedges and add along with coriander leaves and some water, mix well and cook till moisture dries. Remove from heat and set aside. Heat some butter in the same pan. Place halved pavs on it and toast lightly on both sides.
