Ingredients list for Cutlets of Kuttu Ka Atta
- 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- 2 tablespoons Kuttu Ka Atta
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Grated coconut
- 3 tablespoons Roasted peanuts coarsely ground
- 2 Almonds
- 2 Cashewnuts
- 4-5 Raisins
Method
- In a combine together potatoes, kuttu ka atta, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, grated coconut, peanuts, almonds, cashewnuts and raisins.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis.
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai and deep fry the tikkis till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
