Ingredients
- 1½ cups corn kernels boiled with salt and drained
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- Oil to deep fry
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Method
- Take corn kernels in a bowl, add cornflour and mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add the corn kernels and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Transfer the fried corn kernels into another bowl. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, salt, lemon juice and parsley and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
