Ingredients
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 30 button mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 6-8 cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6-8 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
Method
- Grind coriander seeds, cinnamon and cloves to a fine powder.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, mushrooms, ground spice mix and salt.
- Sauté on high heat till the mushrooms are almost cooked.
- Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and black pepper powder.
- Mix well and cook for one minute. Serve hot.
