Ingredients
- 300 gram chicken mince
- 8 cheese slices
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped
- White pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Oil for shallow frying + for greasing
- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter as required
- 4-5 lettuce leaves
- Tomato roundels as required
- Mustard mayonnaise for drizzling
Method
- In a bowl, add chicken mince, onion, green chillies, white pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder, chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Grease palm of the hands with oil, take a portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a seekh kebab.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, shallow fry the prepared kebabs on both sides till golden and completely cooked.
- Place 2 slices of cheese slices on the pan, and place a kebab in the middle. Roll the kebab in cheese and let it cook from all sides for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice the buns in half without cutting through. Apply butter, place a few lettuce leaves, place a few tomato roundels, and place the prepared cheese-chicken kebab in the middle.
- Drizzle mustard mayonnaise on top and fold the bun in half. Serve.
