Ingredients list for Chicken Walnut Pinwheels - SK Khazana
- 100Oil grams Chicken mince
- 10-12 Walnuts chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1-2 glass Green chillies chopped
- 1 Medium onion finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur)
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- as required Refined flour dough with carom seeds
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, green chillies and onion, mix and sauté till fragrant and translucent.
- Add chicken mince, walnuts, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and dried mango powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Roll the dough to a not too thin rectangle, trim the edges neatly to make them even.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly and dampen the edges. Roll into cylinder and cut out slices. Place the slices on the greased baking tray.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
