By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breast, Pita breads Cuisine Middle Eastern Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Shawarma-SK Khazana 200 grams Boneless chicken breast 4 Pita breads to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Oil 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons Schezwan sauce as required Pickled beetroot sliced as required Pickled cucumber strips as required Mint mayonnaise Method Preheat oven to 180ยบ C. Taken chicken breasts in a bowl, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and1 tablespoon oil and mix together well. Place the chicken on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and roast for 15 minutes or till fully cooked. Take the tray out of the oven and place the chicken on a chopping board and cut into strips. Heat a non-stick tawa and heat the pita breads on it. For each portion place a pita bread on the worktop, put 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce on it and spread evenly. Keep some of the chicken strips on it and top with pickled beetroot slices, some pickled cucumber strips and some mint mayonnaise and roll.
