Ingredients list for Chicken Garlic Bites
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1/2 Green chilli
- 5-6 Fresh mint leaves
- a few sprigs Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Dried breadcrumbs
- to grease Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Put chopped garlic and garlic paste into a bowl. Chop green chilli, mint leaves and coriander leaves and add.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and egg and mix well. Add chicken pieces and breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish with some oil. Shape the chicken mixture into small balls and place in the dish. Prick a toothpick on each ball.
- Keep the dish in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes or till done.
- Serve hot with garlic sauce or any sauce of your choice.
