Ingredients
- 250 grams boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups pasta farfalle, boiled
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion,cut into thin roundels and layers separated
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ medium red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- ¼ medium yellow capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add salt and mix. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add cumin powder, oregano, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, chili sauce and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Add coriander leaves and fajita spice mix and mix well. Add pasta, mix and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
