Ingredients list for Chicken Dhaniya Kurma
- 600 grams Boneless Chicken Breasts cut into 1½ inch cubes
 - 2-3 tablespoons Fresh Coriander Leaves finely chopped
 - 1 cup Yogurt
 - 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida)
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 - 4 Bay leaves
 - 30-35 Bay leaves
 - 4-5 Cloves
 - 6-8 Green cardamoms
 - 2 medium Onions sliced
 - 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
 
Method
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and refined flour.
 - Add 1½ cups water and mix well.
 - Heat oil in a non stick handi, add bay leaves, black peppercorns, cloves, green cardamoms and onions and sauté.
 - Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté. Add chicken and sauté lightly.
 - Add yogurt mixture and mix well.
 - Add coriander leaves, cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes, till chicken is done. Serve hot.
