Ingredients list for Cheese Noodle Cutlet
- 200 grams Noodles boiled
- 1/4 cup Cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- 6 medium Potatoes boiled
- 4 Bread slices crumbled
- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- to taste Chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- In a large bowl mix together potatoes, bread and salt and set aside. Divide it into equal portions and set aside.
- In another bowl mix together noodles, cheese, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Divide into equal portions and set aside.
- Stuff the noodle mixture in the potato mixture and shape them in the form of a tikki. Follow the same for the remaining mixture.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Deep fry the tikkis till golden brown in color. Serve hot.
