Ingredients
- 4 bread slices
- 2 cups processed cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons milk
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Butter as required
Method
- Mix together processed cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, green capsicum, red chilli flakes, milk, crushed black peppercorns and fresh coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Apply the prepared mixture on 4 bread slices.
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan, place the toast cover and cook till the cheese melts.
- Apply some more butter on top of the toast, cut in triangles and serve warm with beetroot chips.
