Ingredients
- 2 cups cleaned chavli leaves
- 1 green chilli,finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli and tomato, mix and sauté well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chawli leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
