Chawli ni Bhaji

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups cleaned chavli leaves 
  • 1 green chilli,finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chilli and tomato, mix and sauté well.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chawli leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
