Ingredients list for Chatpate Sprouts
- 4 cups Bean Sprouts blanched
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
- 1 medium Tomato seeded, thin strips
- 1 Fresh red chilli chopped
- 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger grated
- 4-5 Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 Lemon
- to taste Salt
- 1 stalk + for garnishing Spring onion green chopped
Method
- Mix sprouts, honey, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato, fresh red chilli and ginger in a large bowl.
- Add crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice, salt and spring onion greens and toss.
- Serve garnished with remaining spring onion greens.
