Ingredients list for Chapli Kabab-SK Khazana

  • 200 grams Chicken mince
  • 1 Medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Spring onions greens chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • ` tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Kebab masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • as required Oil
  • 2 Medium tomatoes sliced
  • to serve Onion rings
  • to serve Lemon wedges


  1. Mix together chicken mince, onion, spring onion greens, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, kebab masala, salt, green chillies, lemon juice and egg in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Place a tomato slice in the centre of each patty and press.
  4. Place these patties in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till fully cooked and evenly done on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
