Ingredients list for Chapli Kabab-SK Khazana
- 200 grams Chicken mince
- 1 Medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Spring onions greens chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves chopped
- ` tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons Kebab masala
- to taste Salt
- 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 Egg
- as required Oil
- 2 Medium tomatoes sliced
- to serve Onion rings
- to serve Lemon wedges
Method
- Mix together chicken mince, onion, spring onion greens, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, kebab masala, salt, green chillies, lemon juice and egg in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties. Place a tomato slice in the centre of each patty and press.
- Place these patties in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till fully cooked and evenly done on both sides.
- Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
