Ingredients for Chapati Masala Noodles Recipe

  • Chapatis 6

  • Pav bhaji masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Onion 1/2 slices

  • Green capsicum 1/2 slices

  • Garlic finely chopped 2 cloves

  • Tomato 1/2 cup

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black salt (kala namak) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon wedges to serve

Method

Step 1

Heat butter in a pan. Add onions and capsicum, and saute till the onions turn translucent.

Step 2

Add garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add black salt, Pav Bhaji masala and salt. Mix well.

Step 4

Add the chapati strips and toss well. Serve hot, garnished with coriander and lemon wedges.
