Ingredients list for Chana Kurkura - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Chickpeas (kabuli chane) soaked overnight and boiled
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
Method
- Mix together chickpeas, gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, baking soda, coriander leaves and salt with ½ cup water.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chickpeas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
