By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boondi, Cucumber Cuisine Indian Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 6 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Boondi Salad 1 small Boondi 1 cup Cucumber 1 Cucumber cut into ½ inch cubes 1 Tomato cut into ½ inch cubes 1 Carrot cut into ½ inch cubes 1 Green chilli finely chopped 1 teaspoon Vinegar 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Method Grind mint leaves with sufficient water and make a fine paste. In a bowl add boondi, small pieces of cucumber, tomato , carrot and green chilli, vinegar, coriander leaves,salt, chat masala and mint paste.
