Ingredients list for Boondi Salad
- 1 small Boondi
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1 Cucumber cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 Tomato cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 Carrot cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Method
- Grind mint leaves with sufficient water and make a fine paste.
- In a bowl add boondi, small pieces of cucumber, tomato , carrot and green chilli, vinegar, coriander leaves,salt, chat masala and mint paste.
- Toss it and sprinkle the lemon juice over it.
