Ingredients list for Boondi Salad

  • 1 small Boondi
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 Cucumber cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 Tomato cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 Carrot cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Method

  1. Grind mint leaves with sufficient water and make a fine paste.
  2. In a bowl add boondi, small pieces of cucumber, tomato , carrot and green chilli, vinegar, coriander leaves,salt, chat masala and mint paste.
  3. Toss it and sprinkle the lemon juice over it.
