Ingredients list for Bhindi Aam Ki Katliyan
- 200 grams Ladyfiners cut into thin strips
- 1 Raw Mango cut into thin strips
- 2-3 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
- 1 cup Shallots chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and sauté tillfragrant. Add shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ladyfingers and mix well. Add raw mango and toss lightly. Add red chilli powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well.
- Spread the ladyfingers in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
