This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Sep 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Leftover Rotis, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Basi Roti Churi 4 Leftover Rotis 2 medium Onion 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped 2-3 Green chillies chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt Juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon Oil 1/2 teaspoon Sugar a few Peanuts Method Roughly chop onions and green chillies. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till they change colour. Finely chop ginger and add to the pan and sauté. Add green chillies and onions and sauté. Add peanuts and mix well. Tear the leftover rotis into small pieces. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Sauté for a couple of minutes. Add juice of one lemon and mix well. Add leftover roti pieces and toss lightly. Cover and cook on low heat till crispy and crunchy. Serve hot.
