Ingredients list for Barbeque Chicken Wings - SK Khazana
- 8-12 Chicken wings
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 tablespoon Refined flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour
- 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 cup Barbeque sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- a pinch Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Put chicken wings in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, refined flour and cornflour, mix well and set aside to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken wings till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well.
- Add barbeque sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar and crushed peppercorns, mix well and simmer for a minute.
- Add chilli flakes and mix. Add fried chicken wings and mix.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
