  • 8-12 Chicken wings
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Refined flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour
  • 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Barbeque sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • a pinch Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped


  1. Put chicken wings in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, refined flour and cornflour, mix well and set aside to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken wings till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well.
  4. Add barbeque sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar and crushed peppercorns, mix well and simmer for a minute.
  5. Add chilli flakes and mix. Add fried chicken wings and mix.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
