Ingredients list for Baked Potato Canapé Chaat

  • 2 large Potatoes with skin, non-starchy
  • 12-16 Canape Cases baked
  • for greasing Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Yogurt
  • to serve Tamarind chutney
  • to serve Green chutney
  • For topping Pomegranate pearls
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • to sprinkle Red chilli powder
  • to sprinkle Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • for garnishing Red capsicum curls


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
  3. Place the potato cubes on the tray, sprinkle little salt on them, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Fill canapé shells with spoonfuls of the baked potato cubes. Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney and top with pomegranate pearls.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala, chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves on top. Garnish with capsicum curls and serve immediately.
