Baked Carrot Chips

Ingredients 

  • 2 large carrots
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder (sonth)
  • 1½ teaspoons chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Dip

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips, and put them into a bowl. Add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, parmesan cheese powder and oil in a bowl.
  3. Spread the carrots on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake at for 20-22 minutes.
  4. Take mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
  5. Serve the baked carrot chips with the prepared dip.
