Ingredients
- 2 large carrots
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
- 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder (sonth)
- 1½ teaspoons chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder
- 2 teaspoons oil
Dip
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into strips, and put them into a bowl. Add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, parmesan cheese powder and oil in a bowl.
- Spread the carrots on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake at for 20-22 minutes.
- Take mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
- Serve the baked carrot chips with the prepared dip.
