Ingredients list for Baked Carrot Chips - SK Khazana
- 2 Large carrots
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (sonth)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- Dip
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Peel the carrots and cut into strips and put into a bowl. Add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, parmesan cheese powder and oil in a bowl.
- Spread the carrots on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake at for 20-22 minutes.
- Take mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
- Serve the baked carrot chips with the prepared dip.
