Ingredients for Baked Carrot Chips - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Large carrots 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Dried mixed herbs 2 teaspoons

  • Red chilli flakes 2 teaspoons

  • Dried ginger powder (sonth) 1 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Parmesan cheese powder 2 tablespoons

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

  • Dip

  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons

  • Dried mixed herbs 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and cut into strips and put into a bowl. Add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, parmesan cheese powder and oil in a bowl.

Step 3

Spread the carrots on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake at for 20-22 minutes.

Step 4

Take mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.

Step 5

Serve the baked carrot chips with the prepared dip.
