By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (atta), Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Atta Besan Laddoo 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 cup Gram flour (besan) 1 cup Ghee 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/4 cup Pistachios coarsely crushed 1/4 cup Cashewnuts coarsely crushed 1/4 cup Almonds coarsely crushed 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder a pinch Nutmeg powder 1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar Advertisment Method Heat ½ cup ghee in a non-stick pan. Add gram flour, mix and roast on medium heat till fragrant and golden. Transfer onto a plate and cool. Heat 2-3 tablespoons ghee in another non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and roast till fragrant and brown. Transfer onto a plate and cool. Similarly, roast semolina with remaining ghee in the same non-stick pan. Combine the roasted flours into a bowl and mix. Add pistachios, cashewnuts, almonds, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix. Add sugar and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Serve.
