Ingredients list for Amsul Saar
- 10-12 Amsul
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 inch piece Ginger chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
Method
- Combine amsul, five cups of water and ginger and boil for twenty minutes. Remove from heat and strain it. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Stir lightly .
