Shopping list

2 kilograms yogurt
1 packet Strawberries
1 packet Blueberries
150 grams almonds
150 grams pistachios
150 grams walnuts
1 bottle vanilla essence
1 packet Bikaneri moong papads
1 packet boondi
1 French Baguette
1 packet prunes
1 small packet processed cheese.


For faster preparation

Hang yogurt and prep the French baguette for the bruschetta. Chop strawberries, roast and powder nuts and prep the yogurt for the dessert. Roast papads and prepare the yogurt base for the dahi papad ki sabzi.

How to go about it

Heat the yogurt mixture for the dahi papd ki sabzi. Assemble the bruschetta and bake. For sweetened yogurt with berries assemble the dish in pretty layers in glasses and chill. Add papads and boondi to the yogurt mixture simmer for two minutes and serve.
