Drizzle olive oil and rub well over the slices. Place the prepared slices in an air fryer and toast at 200º C for 5-7 minutes. Put hung yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add red chilli sauce and mix well. Spread yogurt mixture on the toasted slices, place 2 prunes over each slice, top with ½ tbsp grated cheese and place them again in the air fryer and cook at 200º C for 2-3 minutes. Arrange the yogurt and prune bruschettas on a serving plate and serve immediately.
