Ingredients list for Dahi Fruit Chiwda

  • 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 cup Thick pressed rice (jada poha / mota chiwda)
  • 2 + 1 for Elaichi bananas
  • 2 Oranges peeled and separated into segments
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Soak poha in water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Peel apple and 2 bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Mix together yogurt, apple, bananas and orange segments. Drain the pressed rice, add to the yogurt and mix well.
  4. Peel and slice the remaining banana.
  5. Drizzle honey on the yogurt mixture, garnish with banana slices and serve.
