Ingredients list for Fresh Figs with Yogurt
- 6-8 wedges + for garnishing Fresh figs
- 2-3 tablespoons Hung Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- for garnishing Grated dark chocolate
Method
- Discard the stems of figs and make two slits on top without cutting through.
- Take yogurt in a bowl. Add vanilla essence and honey and mix well. Fill this mixture into the slit figs.
- Place the prepared figs on a serving platter. Garnish with chocolate and fig wedges and serve immediately.
