Shopping list

1 packet salted biscuits
3 carrots
5 beet roots
200 grams tofu
1 small bottle chilli-garlic sauce
1 small bottle egg-less mayonnaise
400 grams yogurt
1 small packet parsley
50 grams pistachios
150 grams green peas

For faster preparation
For bites, prepare the juice and chill it, process the tofu. For beetroot piles, keep the yogurt mixture ready, cut the beet roots in discs. For puri, keep the dough ready. Keep the peas mixture ready.

How to go about it
First fry the puris then, assemble the biscuits and pour the juice in shot glasses. For piles, assemble the beet roots discs with yogurt mixture, garnish and serve.
