Ingredients for Vegetables In Thai Red Curry Recipe
Carrot diagonally sliced 1 medium
Red Curry Paste diagonally sliced 10-12
Button mushrooms halved 10-12
French beans cut into 1/2 inch pieces 5-6
Red curry paste 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Onions 2 medium
Tomato 1 medium
Salt to taste
Firm beancurd (tofu) 50 grams
Coconut milk 1 cup
Broccoli 5-6 florets
Heat oil in a non stick wok. Chop onions roughly and add. Add red curry paste and saute.
Chop tomato and add. Add carrot, baby corns and mix. Add mushrooms and mix. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes.
Add French beans, salt and mix. Cube tofu and add along with coconut milk and broccoli and mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
