Ingredients list for Tadka Salad

  • 1 medium Cucumber grated
  • 1 medium Carrot grated
  • 1 small Cabbage grated
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and saute till it crackle.
  2. Add cucumber, carrot and cabbage and saute for a minute. Add salt and mix well and cook for two minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
