Ingredients list for Sprouted Adai
- 1 cup Rice soaked
- 2 Sprouted Green Gram
- 2 Dry red chilies
- 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
- to taste Salt
- 2-4 Curry leaves
- 2 teaspoons Black peppercorns
- 1 cup Sprouted Green gram
- 2 Onion sliced
- as required Oil
Method
- Grind together rice, green chillies, dry red chillies, fennel seeds, salt, curry leaves. Black peppercorns, green grams and sufficient water to a coarse paste.
- Add onions to the batter and mix well. Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful batter in make a circular dosa. Drizzle some oil on it and cook till golden brown on both the side.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
