Ingredients for Spaghetti In Chunky Tomato Sauce Recipe

  • Spaghetti boiled 300 grams

  • Tomatoes finely chopped 2 medium

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Onions chopped 3 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Tomato ketchup 4 tablespoons

  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • French beans cut diagonally 1/2 cup

  • Carrots peeled cut diagonally and boiled. 2 medium

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden.

Step 2

Add the tomatoes, green chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and red chilli powder.

Step 3

Mix well and cook till the oil separates. Add four tablespoons of water and mix.

Step 4

Add French beans, carrots, spaghetti and coriander leaves and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
