Ingredients
- 300 grams spaghetti, boiled
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup French beans, cut diagonally
- 2 medium carrots, peeled cut diagonally and boiled
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden.
- Add the tomatoes, green chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and red chilli powder.
- Mix well and cook till the oil separates. Add four tablespoons of water and mix.
- Add French beans, carrots, spaghetti and coriander leaves and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
