Ingredients list for Soya Mattar Kebab-SK Khazana

  • 1/2 cup Soya granules
  • 1 Medium potato boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Green peas blanched
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • to shallow fry Oil
  • for garnish Onion rings
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Soak the soya granules in water and set aside.
  2. Grate the boiled potato into a bowl, add green peas, soya granules, bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chillies, garam masala, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix it all well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them to cylindrical kebabs.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan place the kebabs till golden brown.
  5. Serve with onion rings and tomato ketchup.
