Ingredients
- 1 kilogram tomatoes
- 30 grams garlic
- 90 grams hazelnuts
- 90 grams almonds
- 2 white bread slices
- 10 grams paprika
- 375 mililitres red wine vinegar
- 850 mililitres extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the tomatoes and onions into halves.
- Roast the tomato, onion, almonds, hazelnuts, bread slices and garlic together at 200 degree for 30 minutes.
- Remove and blend with smoked Spanish paprika, red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to smooth paste consistency. Season with salt.
