Ingredients list for Quick Fried Chicken - All Green

  • 400 grams Boneless Chicken cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon Green Curry Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 Spring onion green chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 12-15 fried basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Red chillies sliced

  1. Place chicken strips in bowl, add green curry paste and fish sauce. Mix well and set aside to marinate. Heat oil in non stick pan, add spring onion bulbs, chopped garlic and sliced garlic. Sauté on high heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add salt and marinated chicken. Mix well and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.Add spring onion greens and coriander leaves. Mix again.
  3. Add basil leaves, sugar and mix well. Toss and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off heat and had lemon juice. Mix well. Garnish with red chillies and serve hot.
