Ingredients
- 3 cups macaroni,cooked
- 6 chicken sausages, cut into medium pieces
- 10-15 kale leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium onions,chopped
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese powder
- 2-3 fresh thyme sprigs, chopped
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and onions, mix and sauté for one to two minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and sausages, mix and sauté till the sausages turn golden.
- Add chilli flakes, kale leaves, salt and pasta, toss and let it get heated through. Add butter and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle parmesan cheese powder on top and serve hot garnished with chopped thyme.
