Ingredients
- 2 cups roughly chopped kale
- 1 boneless chicken breast,boiled and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium apple, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
Method
- To make the dressing, put mayonnaise, mustard paste, honey and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Put kale, chicken, apple and carrot in another bowl and toss. Add the dressing and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
