Ingredients list for Kale and Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups Kale roughly chopped
  • 1 Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard paste
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 medium Apple cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium Carrot peeled and cut into thin strips

  1. To make the dressing, put mayonnaise, mustard paste, honey and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Put kale, chicken, apple and carrot in another bowl and toss. Add the dressing and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled.
