By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cooked rice, Boneless chicken Cuisine Malaysian Course Rice Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Nasi Goreng 3 cups Cooked rice 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into thin strips 2 tablespoons Oil 1 medium Onion chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 2 cloves Garlic chopped 1 Leek chopped 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 3 Eggs 250 grams Prawns (kolambi/jhinga) shelled and deveined 3 teaspoon Soy sauce to taste Salt Method Break eggs in a bowl, add salt and whisk well. Heat a non stick pan and make omelettes. Slice into thin stripes and set aside. Heat oil in a wok, add onions, green chillies, garlic, and leeks. Saute till soft. Add coriander seeds and cumin powder. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken strips and toss for 5 minutes.Add prawns add cook for 3 minutes. Add cooked rice, omelette pieces, soy sauce and salt. Toss well and cook further for 5 minutes with little water.
