Ingredients list for Moru Kali
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt (moru), thick and sour
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 3 tablespoons Coconut,scraped
- 2 Green chillies,finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 1 Whole dry red chilli,broken
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Split Bengal gram (chana dal)
- 10-12 Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves,chopped
Method
- Mix yogurt and rice flour in a bowl. Add coconut, green chillies and salt and mix. Add a little water to get a dropping consistency.
