Deep-fry cottage cheese cubes till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add onions, curry leaves, green chillies and onions, mix and sauté till onion turns translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes or till onion turns a light golden. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add fried cottage cheese cubes and mix well. Add coconut milk, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and mix well.
