Ingredients list for Khoya Kaju
- 50 grams Cashewnuts roasted
- 3 tablespoons Mawa
- 1 cup Boiled onion paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 200 grams Khoya/mawa grated
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons coriandter leaves
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan add onion-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add ginger paste, khoya, milk and sugar and continue stirring for two minutes. Add cinnamon powder, salt and cashewnuts and cook for a minute. Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
