Roughly chop onion. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and onion to the pan and sauté till the onion is well browned. Peel and roughly chop raw mango Add raw peanuts and green chillies to the pan. Roughly chop boiled potato and add alongwith turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add green peas, raw mango, salt and sugar. Mix well and add poha. Sprinkle a little water and toss to mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot garnished with coriander sprig.
