Ingredients list for Hot Garlic Prawns

  • 10-12 Tiger prawns
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic, ginger and saute for a minute. Add green chillies, prawns, salt and saute fot a minute.
  2. Add vinegar and soya sauce and let it cook for two minutes.
  3. Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
