Ingredients list for Grated Potato Snack

  • 2 large Potatoes grated coarsely
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3 Fresh red chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes and saute for two to three minutes. Remove from heat and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add red chillies, coriande rleaves, peanuts, cumin seeds, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix well amd transfer back into the pan.
  3. Cook till the potatoes are soft.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
