Ingredients list for Egg White Omelette

  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 inch piece Ginger
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 4 Button mushrooms
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli pepper
  • 8 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. For each omelette break 3 eggs and separate the whites and yolks and put into separate bowls.
  2. Blend ½ onion, ½ tomato, ½ inch ginger, 1 green chilli, 1 button mushroom, 3 egg whites, salt and red chilli powder well.
  3. Heat 2 tsps oil in a non stick pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat, till set.
  4. Loosen the edges, fold into half, flip and cook till golden.
  5. Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
