Ingredients list for Corn Potato Tikki-SK Khazana

  • 3/4 cup Corn kernels boiled
  • 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1-2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • for grilli Oil
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Mix together potatoes, corn, coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis.
  3. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the tikkis on it and grill, turning sides, till evenly golden on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
