Ingredients for Corn Paprika Rice Recipe

  • Corn blanched 1 cup

  • Rice cooked 2 cups

  • Onion chopped 1 small

  • Tomato chopped 1/2 cup

  • Green peas 1/2 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Rasam powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Paprika powder 2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a nopn stick pan add onions and saute till light brown.

Step 2

Add tomatoes, green peas, American corns, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, rasam powder and paprika powder and saute for two minutes.

Step 3

Add cooked rice and salt and cook for five minutes.
